marry xmas to everyone.. 9more days to go and i'll be flying off to tokyo...I GOT MY VISA ALREADY.... so excited and nervous.. coz it's damn cold in tokyo now.. have to prepare even more stuff.. pills.. esp panadols, lotion and lip balm la... OMG... so many things to prepare and so little time left... *-* anyway.. back to the topic... i'm flying on xmas eve.. so i wont be in malaysia during xmas but i will be having early xmas celebration with my gang this year.. and our plan is to do GINGER BREAD HOUSE... below are some sample pics of how does a ginger breadhouse looks like..

actually we don need stuff above to make gingerbread house d... coz IKEA now selling ready made ginger bread house. so we can save so much time and effort on baking those pieces which might actually fail rite.. so just head to IKEA and get urself one.. and what you just need to prepare is CANDY for decoration and GINGERbread HOuse ICING for sticking those parts together and also sticking the decoration together...

GINGERBREAD HOUSE ICING
1 lb. powdered sugar
1 lb. powdered sugar
1 tsp. cream of tartar
3 egg whites
Beat all ingredients until very stiff. Use as glue for assembling house. Icing will harden as it sits, so add a few drops of water as needed.
